Extended Learning is a small group Spanish program in Newcastle designed to take you beyond beginner words and phrases and gradually build the skills you need to fully communicate. Speaking more, understanding more and expressing more of yourself in Spanish.

When I finished the first Spanish with Tash Beginner Course, my students all had the same question:
“Can we keep going?”
The answer was obviously ¡Sí! So I started building what comes next.
Extended Learning turns Spanish with Tash into a pathway you can continue progressing through long-term, taking what you learnt in Beginner and building towards more natural, confident conversation.
Because eight weeks is enough to start learning a language. But this is where the good stuff really starts
How it works
Small groups,
1-hour a week
Meet with the same small group of just 3-5 students each week for a one-hour Spanish class. Building your language naturally through conversation, culture and real life.
The curriculum is taught in 3-month blocks, giving you time to build real progress before moving into the next stage of your Spanish.

Frequently asked questions
When are the classes?
Spanish with Tash 8-week course classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Classes are one hour long and held between 4.00pm to 8.00pm
Do I need to complete the Beginner Course first?
Extended Learning is designed as the next step after the Spanish with Tash 8-Week Beginner Course.
If you've already studied Spanish elsewhere and aren't sure where you fit, get in touch and we can work out whether Extended Learning is right for you.
How many people per classroom?
Classes have 3–5 students, keeping them small enough for plenty of individual speaking time and support.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No. You commit to one 3-month block at a time.
Extended Learning gives you a long-term pathway, without requiring a long-term commitment upfront.
